Peter Rochel from Oberwasser Consulting is your expert for strategy consulting with a focus on jobs-to-be-done, customer-centred innovation and Bitcoin integration. With over 15 years of experience, he supports companies in developing innovative business models and successfully implementing disruptive technologies.
‘It all starts with putting people at the centre – for real.’
I am Peter Rochel, entrepreneur, strategy consultant and passionate innovation driver. I learnt early on that when we understand what customers really want, unimagined potential unfolds – and that’s exactly what Oberwasser Consulting is all about.
For over 15 years, I have been helping companies to live true customer centricity. Not just as a hackneyed buzzword, but as a strategic basis for successful and sustainable business models. I use tools for this purpose, some of which I developed myself – such as the Wheel of Progress® based on the Jobs-to-Be-Done theory (JTBD).
What drives me is the desire to show companies how to shape progress instead of just reacting to change. At Oberwasser Consulting, I combine three focal points to achieve this:
How can innovation be anchored in such a way that it is no longer a product of chance, but functions in an organised, results-oriented and sustainable way? This is where I draw on decades of practical experience in business model design, systemic management consultancy and concrete project management.
With my experience from over 700 customer projects, I know that when we research and understand the true motives and needs of our customers (Jobs to Be Done), we make better decisions in product, marketing and strategy. This results in solutions that people really need – and are willing to pay for.
I am convinced that Bitcoin and artificial intelligence (AI) will be among the key infrastructure technologies of the coming years. Both need to be considered strategically from a corporate perspective. As a co-founder of UTXO Solutions, I help companies to do just that: future-orientated, practical and economically viable.
If you feel it’s time to break new ground, then let’s talk. I offer sparring sessions, workshops and keynotes to get ideas on the road. And if it fits: also as a strategic advisor.
