Mastering JTBD – Live Online Workshop: binding booking

This page has one purpose: your binding registration for the
“Mastering Jobs to Be Done – Live Online Workshop” – as an individual or as a team.

All content, modules, examples and deep-dive options are described on the offer page.
If you have not been there yet, please take a moment to look before you book.

Submitting the form below constitutes a legally binding booking.

What your booking includes

By booking, you secure for yourself or for your team:

  • a place on the Mastering JTBD – Live Online Workshop in the cohort you choose
  • access to all live online sessions of the modules
  • access to Mural boards, working templates and documentation templates
  • our prompt templates, which you can use to set up your own AI assistants for the process steps covered in the workshop.
  • access to the “Rechtssicher-KI” self-service certificate course (legally reviewed, audit-proof evidence in line with Article 4 of the EU AI Act) for every participant
  • a 100% discount code for the “Rechtssicher-KI” self-service certificate course.
    Every participant can start within six months and earn audit-proof evidence of their training in the legally sound use of AI in the business, in 30 to 60 minutes.
  • access to recordings (where provided) and to the accompanying materials
  • a confirmation of participation or certificate (on completion of all modules)
  • The workshop runs online in a deliberately small group, so that there is room for discussion and for your individual questions.

Prices and booking options

The prices below apply per person or per package, plus 19% VAT.

For team bookings, the package prices apply per booking and per invoice address.

Solo place (open cohort)

€2,100 per person
For specialists and managers who want to apply the JTBD Innovation Framework in their role or on a specific project.
You take part on the fixed dates of the open cohort.

Team places

For teams from one organisation we offer tiered package prices:

  • Duet (2 people): €3,800
  • Trio (3 people): €5,400
  • Quartet (4 people): €6,800
  • Quintet (5 people): €8,000
  • Sextet (6 people): €9,000
  • Septet (7 people): €9,800
  • Octet (8 people): €10,400
  • Nonet (9 people): €10,800
  • 10 people or more: €1,100 per person

Each package is invoiced as a whole, on a single invoice.

How dates work for teams:

  • From 8 people onwards we always run the workshop as a separate group for your team alone.
    Agreeing all the dates individually with you is included in that case.

For larger groups or particular requirements we recommend an individual in-house format.

Deep-dive module: interview practice (optional) – VM3, real interviews

Live online deep-dive module on interview practice (VM3 – real interviews, 2 × 3 hours) with real interviewees.
A full-day workshop, always on the Wednesday directly after the regular Module 3+.

  • Solo place: €790
  • 3–4 people: €740 per person
  • 5 people or more: €700 per person
FreshUp (refresher)

€1,000 per person
For former participants who want to bring their knowledge up to date and get to know the latest tools, AI workflows and examples.

Early-bird discount

If you book early, we apply a tiered early-bird discount – what counts is the date on which booking and payment reach us: 3 months before the start 15% · 2 months 10% · 1 month 5%.

The early-bird discount applies only to the standard price (solo, €2,100) – not to team tiers that are already reduced. It is applied automatically when we issue the invoice.

What happens after you submit the form

Submitting the form does three things:

  1. it triggers a binding booking,
  2. it prepares the invoice on our side,
  3. and an email with the details of your booking is sent to the address you gave us.

Payment and reservation terms

Once you have submitted the booking form, we send an invoice by email to the invoice address you gave us, within three working days.
From that moment on, all places are reserved provisionally until the invoice falls due.

Your participation becomes binding on our side as soon as the payment has reached our account within that period, or proof of payment is available.

Please do note:

  • Payment is 100% in advance.
  • The payment term is 7 days from the invoice date.
  • If payment in full, or proof of payment, reaches us after that deadline, there is no entitlement to the reserved places.
  • In that case participants can – if they wish – be moved to a later cohort, provided places are available.

Early-bird prices, where they apply, are already reflected in the invoice amount.

Cancellation and rebooking terms

The cancellation and rebooking terms are set out on the offer page and are deemed accepted as soon as you submit the form.

If taking part turns out not to be possible for you or your team, please tell us as early as you can – in many cases we can arrange a move to a later cohort or a substitute participant.
