The workshop takes place remotely via Zoom and MURAL, and includes 7 modules of 2-4 hours each. Each module includes theoretical basics, practical exercises and discussions. The workshop provides an equitable blend of both theoretical and practical approaches to help attendees gain a comprehensive comprehension of “Jobs to Be Done”. It also enables them to apply their newly acquired knowledge directly to their own work.
In addition, all participants have access to the contents of the “The Wheel of Progress®” Innovation Framework and can use all templates to implement their own remote JTBD projects with MURAL. This allows you to apply what you have learned directly in your company and develop innovative products and services based on the needs of your customers. With experience spanning over 700 companies in different sectors, he has conducted extensive research on Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD). He has provided unwavering support to organizations to help them conduct JTBD research to enhance and revolutionize their offerings, services and overall business strategies.
As one of the most experienced JTBD practitioners and trainers in the German-speaking world, Peter accompanies startups, founders, family businesses, large corporations. Founders, CEO’s, top managers, experienced UX’ers and researchers who want to successfully implement JTBD theory are also among his customers.
