I am Peter Rochel, entrepreneur, strategy consultant and passionate innovation driver. I learnt early on that when we understand what customers really<\/em> want, unimagined potential unfolds – and that’s exactly what Oberwasser Consulting is all about. <\/p>\n\n

For over 15 years, I have been helping companies to live true customer centricity. Not just <\/strong>as a hackneyed buzzword, but as a strategic basis for successful and sustainable business models. I use tools for this purpose, some of which I developed myself – such as the Wheel of Progress<\/strong> based on the Jobs-to-Be-Done theory (JTBD)<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

What drives me is the desire to show companies how to shape progress instead<\/strong> of just reacting to change. At Oberwasser Consulting, I combine three focal points<\/strong> to achieve this: <\/p>\n\n

With my experience from over 700 customer projects, I know that when we research and understand the true motives and needs of our customers (Jobs to Be Done), we make better decisions in product, marketing and strategy. 3. Disruptive Technologien wie Bitcoin & KI<\/h3>\n\n

I am convinced that Bitcoin<\/a> and artificial intelligence (AI) <\/a><\/strong>will be among the key infrastructure technologies of the coming years. Both need to be considered strategically from a corporate perspective. As a founding member of the Bitcoin Bundesverband<\/a>, I help companies to do just that: future-orientated, practical and economically viable. <\/p>\n\n
